The difficult part is “My Sins Are” You can make it easy by saying I sinned against the 6th. Commandment 4 times, without any more details making it easy especially for youngsters..

As long as one especifies what type of sin is, i.e., by act, by thought, by viewing impure shows, etc., it is valid. A generic confession without especifying the sin (thought, act, word, sight) is incomplete and could affect its validity. God bless!
